Each week, you’ll get guidance on what to focus on, how to approach the sessions, and how to prepare for race day.

Accountability

Train alongside other athletes preparing for HYROX. Ask questions, share wins, and stay consistent with the group

Race-Specific

Support

We’ll cover pacing, station strategy, running under fatigue, and how to avoid the common mistakes that derail race day.
